We invite you to enjoy our menu, which we describe as a journey through the geography of Chile, paired with our award-winning ultra-premium wines.
The cuisine at VIK is based on the use of fresh, local, seasonal, and agroecological products. Our culinary journey begins in our organic and agroecological garden, where we harvest what each season provides, and then incorporate these ingredients into every dish on the menu.
The wines included in the pairing are from the VIK portfolio:
Milla Cala, La Piu Belle, and VIK’s iconic wine.
